Our client is looking for an OCM Training Delivery Lead who will develop and deliver high-impact training programs that support organizational transformation. In this role, you will design engaging learning experiences that empower employees and managers to adopt new systems and processes. Your work will help enable the successful rollout of a human capital management (HCM) platform by equipping stakeholders with the knowledge and tools they need to lead change within their teams.

  • Empower managers and peer leaders to act as change agents by delivering “train-the-trainer” programs and ongoing support.
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training solutions and continuously optimize content and delivery methods.
  • Track training progress and completion metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify training risks and challenges, propose practical solutions, and adjust content or delivery approaches as needed.
  • Create training materials that are interactive, visually appealing, and aligned with adult learning best practices.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across change communications, training plans, and business readiness efforts.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on system implementations and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience with UKG or other HCM platforms.
  • Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile, etc.).
  • Proven ability to create effective, engaging training content tailored to various audiences and delivery channels.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering training that supports process improvements and system adoption across business units.
  • Adaptable facilitation skills and the ability to present content in a motivating, inclusive, and accessible manner.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with tight deadlines.
  • Background in manufacturing, transportation, or mixed union/non-union work environments.
  • Passion for adult learning and a commitment to continuous improvement in education design and delivery.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.
