BDV Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to lead the company into new phases of growth and opportunity.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None immediately.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for BDV Solutions and its affiliated entities, with a focus on roles within a designated geographic region.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent that align with the company’s mission, culture and job requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Supervisors, Department Managers, Vice Presidents, and Executive Leadership to regularly assess hiring needs, align on strategy, and track recruitment progress.
  • Leverage analytics and other relevant data to inform planning and forecasting of the staffing pipeline.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, presentation opportunities, and seminars.
  • Consistently reviews potential candidates using the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tools such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  • Track performance metrics and report them to HR
  • Manage the Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) process.
  • Manage the Adverse Action letter process.
  • Create offer letters for approval.
  • Participate in the Social Media strategy set forth for BDV Solutions
  • Perform cold calling for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Good driving record with reliable transportation, including liability insurance.
  • Must have the ability to travel, including overnight travel.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a full-cycle staffing/temporary agency.
  • Demonstrated interest or professional experience in Human Resources (education, experience, certifications)
  • Proven ability to source, identify, and place candidates in technical and senior management roles in professional roles

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer in a home or office setting.
