Job Summary
The Senior Counsel will handle transactional matters and litigation for the Company’s North American operations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
o Purchase and sale contracts
o Vendor, distributor, agent, consulting, and contractor agreements
o Non-disclosure agreements
o Commercial real estate transactions (purchase, sale, easements) with assistance of retained outside counsel where necessary
o IT contracts
o IP matters
o Other transactional matters, as assigned
