Job Title: US Portfolio Marketing Lead

Location: Remote (US Based, East Coast preferred)

Target Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (paternity leave coverage)

Pay Rate: $100.00/hour

Job Summary:

Our Fortune 100 client is seeking a dynamic US Industry Portfolio Marketing Lead to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will cover for a team member on parental leave and will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies for three key industry groups. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving the client's goals for the fiscal year, including driving growth, expanding contributions, and scaling sustainability services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and align marketing strategies with growth objectives for each industry group.
• Ensure effective dissemination of content and experiences across teams and client leads.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships and drive revenue.
• Organize and oversee events and campaigns to achieve growth targets.
• Offer marketing advice and support for Canada Industry Groups.
• Work closely with sales and services leads to target key accounts and activate campaigns.
• Manage growth play campaigns for the fiscal year across various industry sectors.
• Ensure active participation of US leadership and clients in key experiences.
• Support account leadership through regular marketing updates and communications.
• Engage in strategic planning for the fiscal year, focusing on key client experiences and reporting on marketing programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• College degree required.
• 5-7+ years of marketing and communications leadership experience.
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and partner with leadership teams.
• Proven ability managing awareness and enablement campaigns, events, and content.
• Plus to have experience in the Utilities, Energy, Natural Resources or similar industries.
• Plus to be located with an easy commute to Philadelphia, PA.
