💼 Back Office Business Analyst – Trading Systems (Murex, Calypso, Finastra) - Financial Software Implementation - Remote/Client-Site Travel

We're hiring an experienced Back Office Business Consultant to join a dynamic Functional Implementation team. If you're passionate about delivering successful trading system implementations and thrive in client-facing roles, this could be your next move.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in the implementation and configuration of advanced trading systems for our Capital Markets client.

From data analysis and system setup to training and go-live support, you’ll ensure each implementation runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to determine requirements and define business needs
• Configure software systems aligned with client business processes and best practices
• Perform detailed data mapping and analysis to support successful conversions
• Deliver both onsite and remote support during client implementation phases
• Troubleshoot, validate, and test system functionality and connectivity
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively with stakeholders
• Train end users and internal teams to maximise product adoption and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate project records and follow quality implementation standards

💡 What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in financial software implementation, support, or training
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Deep knowledge of investment back-office processes
• Experience with project methodologies and implementation life cycles
• Comfortable with regular travel to client sites (as needed)
• Familiarity with trading systems or similar financial platforms is highly desirable
