Minimum Experience: · 4 years customer service experience, including: · Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately. · Utilizing keen attention to detail skill accurately · Utilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and written communication. · Working independently while still being an integral part of a team. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Adobe, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively. · Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
