Job Description

Our company is seeking a Director of Product Operations to lead and scale our product operations function. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Operations, and will enable our product teams to execute with precision, align closely with strategic priorities, deliver innovative experiences across our global platform, and lead a small team of high-performing product operations specialists. The ideal candidate has deep experience in product operations within fast-growing tech startups, thrives in highly dynamic environments, and is excited to build structure that empowers global-scale impact.

This role is located in the Bay Area and requires a commitment of being in our Palo Alto office 3+ days every week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own our product operations framework to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across all product teams.
• Lead the product graduation cadence, defining and building test-to-scale criteria across the entire product suite.
• Act as the voice of the customer to the Product organization, influencing product roadmap priorities.
• Partner closely with the Engineering and Product teams, as well as other organizations to improve coordination, transparency, and execution across the product lifecycle.
• Own and optimize tools and systems used in product development.
• Ensure strong communication and alignment between product and executive leadership through structured reporting, business insights, and narrative development.
• Identify friction points in product delivery and implement scalable, repeatable solutions to drive efficiency and impact.
• Build and grow a high-performing product operations team to support the scaling needs of the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in product operations at a fast-paced tech startup, with demonstrated success in launching products and driving business impact.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling operational systems that drive product team efficiency and business alignment.
• Exceptionally strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven, with experience creating and leveraging dashboards, KPIs, and business cases to influence decisions.
• Familiarity with the global HR, fintech, or SaaS space is a strong plus.
• Experience working with remote and international teams is a strong plus.
