The Warehouse Manager will lead productivity management activities for multiple departments, and processes within the distribution center. Responsibilities:

• Direct productivity management activities for multiple departments – Shipping/Receiving, Prep/Build, Inventory Control/Parts, Customer Care/Service, Repair, Dispatch & Delivery.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of distribution center cleanliness. Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with safety training and practices, create warehouse safety culture on-site.
• Manage employee performance by providing coaching and mentoring, administer performance reviews, and plan and implement employee cross training and development.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable insights. Leverage data to make informed decisions and propose efficient business solutions.
• Collaborate and partner with other departments, locations and vendors to meet business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects by utilizing Lean Principles, Six Sigma techniques. Apply data-driven methodologies to streamline process, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Maintain health and safety standards by creating a safety culture on-site.
• Facilitate employee growth through regular team meetings, coaching and training sessions.
• Ensure that operational goals align with customer satisfaction targets, understanding customer needs, resolving issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Must have 3+ years of furniture experience in distribution center leadership. Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset.
• Supervisory Management experience leading a team of both hourly and exempt associates.
• Proficient in Lean Methodologies, Continuous Quality Improvement principles.
• Proven ability to leverage data analysis to drive business insights and solutions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – MUST BE HANDS ON .
