What You'll Do
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations
  • Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
  • Conserves maintenance resources by efficiently using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
  • Possess proficient skills utilizing hand tools, power tools and precision tools for performing all facets of the repair and maintenance process
  • Operate mobile equipment: loaders, forklifts, trucks and other equipment to troubleshoot
  • Operates and trobuleshoots issues with mobile equipment: loaders, forklifts, trucks and other equipment
  • Repair engine failures, mechanical and electrical system malfunctions, body repair and replacing parts and components
  • Services machinery and mechanical equipment by completing repairs on engines, hydraulics systems, mobile and stationary equipment
  • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, and adjusting controls and systems

What You'll Need
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Experience with a wide variety of tools related to mechanics/hydraulics
  • Experience with basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, engines, mobile equipment, and vehicles (number of years up to location preference)
  • Possess proficient skills utilizing hand tools, power tools and precision tools for performing all facets of the repair and maintenance process
  • Minimum 3 years of in-trade industrial heavy equipment maintenance experience
  • Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience to include repair on diesel engines

Your Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
