Job Description

Genesis Sports Performance in Indianapolis, IN, US is seeking a dedicated Sports Performance Coach to join our team. We offer a competitive hourly salary of $22 - $25 an hour. Compensation:

$22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement personalized training programs for athletes to improve performance.
  • Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate athletes' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and hydration strategies to optimize athletic performance.
  • Monitor and track athletes' progress to adjust training plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive training environment.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
  • Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • US Work Authorization.
