About the Social Producer Role

Centr is looking for a Social Producer with a strong performance marketing mindset to lead the creation of high-performing short-form content across paid social platforms. This role is rooted in driving user acquisition through paid channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook—while also contributing to our organic content ecosystem as a secondary focus.

You’ll work closely with our User Acquisition and Creative teams to translate performance insights into scroll-stopping creative, rapidly produce and iterate based on testing results, and shape Centr’s paid content engine with fresh, conversion-focused ideas.

This is a key role for a nimble, creative thinker who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are diving into ad performance metrics to guide the next edit—sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, brand storytelling, and platform-native production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-performing paid social ads across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Partner with the User Acquisition team to develop performance-driven creative strategies based on testing roadmaps, audience insights, and funnel performance.
  • Translate creative briefs and performance data into engaging, conversion-oriented short-form content.
  • Optimize creative iterations based on learnings, A/B testing, retention and click-through data.
  • Build and manage efficient content production workflows, from pre-pro through post.
  • Own weekly and monthly paid content deliverables , ensuring timelines and creative quality are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and talent (trainers, influencers, UGC creators) to bring concepts to life in a cost-effective and brand-right way.
  • Support organic content needs as required, with a focus on platform-native content that aligns with the brand’s voice and community goals.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social content production, with a strong emphasis on paid social and direct response creative.
  • A sharp understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, thumb-stop rates) and how to drive them with creative.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling ads that perform —ideally in health, fitness, or lifestyle categories.
  • Expertise in short-form video production: scripting, shooting, editing, and motion graphics (Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of creative testing frameworks and the ability to iterate content based on data insights.
  • Hands-on experience with shoot coordination , talent sourcing, and fast-turnaround production.
  • Understanding of organic social best practices, and ability to flex into those needs as a secondary focus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance creative craft and performance thinking.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience producing for a subscription product or app-based business.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Monday.com / Project Management tools, and Motion/Creative testing tools.
  • Direct experience working in partnership with paid media buyers or UA teams.
