Senior UX Designer

Location: 5 days a week onsite in Coppell, TX

Duration: ~ 6 Months

Schedule: 40 hours a week

Hourly Rate:  up to $62.50 an hour/ DOE

Our large Retail client, is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a 40 hour a week, ~ 6 month role. This role requires 5 days a week onsite at headquarters in Coppell, TX.

In order to be considered for this role, please submit your portfolio with at least 2 case studies showing your design thought process.

Senior UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and thoughtful user experiences that work within the parameters set forth.



• Be at the forefront of solving problems, defining the experiences, wireframing, and understanding the business from a holistic standpoint.



• Be hands-on with wireframing, rapid prototyping, communicate design ideas clearly.



• Help contribute, maintain, and evolve the design systems across all platforms.



• Balance the user needs and business goals.



• Work cross-functionally with product managers, content strategists, researchers, and designers to make sure the assets delivered meet the brief and brand.



• Facilitate workshops and critique sessions.



• Ensure that designs delivered meet usability standards and accessibility standards.



• Bring AI and personalization trends to the forefront of product ideas.



• Manage deadlines and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.



• Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide status updates, meeting recaps, and have a proactive mindset while working with partners.

Senior UX Designer Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience working in-house or at an agency.



• Bachelor's degree.



• Portfolio link and samples!



• Proficient with Figma.



• Experience designing end-to-end experiences.
