Yoh is hiring a
Project Manager for our El Segundo, CA client. In the Project Manager role, you will be managing all aspects of planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery in collaboration with internal leadership and external partners. They are seeking a structured, agile thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands-on leader capable of aligning diverse teams and holding stakeholders accountable.

Job Functions - Lead the full lifecycle of the BOLD Project from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, EVP of Operations, and heads of Quality, Production, Engineering, and other functional teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external partners, including the engineering firm (site planning/design), Architects and general contractors.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, critical path, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Organize and lead regular project meetings; track actions, responsibilities, and dependencies; and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Manage permits, compliance processes, and coordination with city or regulatory entities.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays.
- Track and report on progress, budget, KPIs, and potential risks to executive leadership.
- Support operational transition planning to ensure a smooth relocation from the current facilities to the new site with minimal disruption.
Education, Licensure and/or Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
- 7–10 years of project management experience, ideally in manufacturing, operations, facility relocation, or industrial construction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with California construction regulations and permitting processes.
- Experience managing CapEx projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- ATEX /or Explosion Proof Construction experience a plus
