Job Description

BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Grand Homes is looking for an experienced, hardworking and professional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist for our Addison, Texas corporate office. The candidate must be polished and professional, have a positive attitude to provide outstanding customer service for both our internal and external customers, as well as a friendly, outgoing personality.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

The hours are 8am – 5pm, no exceptions, must be on-time.

Must have previous receptionist experience.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Answering busy phones in a professional manner
  • Greeting guests
  • Sorting mail
  • Coding all utilities for model homes/trailers
  • Ordering supplies/organizing supply room
  • Complete administration tasks for front desk
  • Keeping the breakroom clean and stocked
  • Communicating with building management for any issues or requests
  • Place service calls for copier machines
  • Assisting all departments with various projects

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Previous receptionist experience required (minimum of 2 years)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication
  • Positive attitude and friendly, professional demeanor
  • Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs.
