Opportunity to join a leading Aerospace company in Garden Grove, CA focused on delivering high quality components for commercial and defense aerospace applications. 

This role is accountable for achieving the People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost targets through deployment of Lean Operations, attaining operational excellence across their designated area of responsibility, in line with the performance center objectives. Developing a first-class team and driving a culture of continuous improvement, and safe working environment. 

Compensation Data

The compensation range for this position is:

$110,000 - $$165,000.00

• Holding the functional support staff accountable for adhering to the Global standards and enabling their area teams to meet their targets
• Ensuring the disciplined execution of Daily Management and Standardized work through the conscientious adherence to Leader Standard Work

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations of aircraft and/or aerospace products 5 years of experience managing operations production.
• 3 years of experience in direct customer interfacing
• 2 years of experience with defense and/or government programs
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site requirements Must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Active DOD Secret Clearance Preferred Clean room experience
• Experience with coating and/or laminating process
• Good understanding of metric driven performance management The demonstrated ability to influence across functional lines
• Evidence of working within a site governed through a Business Management System (BMS)
• Experience working with a Lean Operating Model / Production System Lean or Six Sigma certification by a reputable certifying body or benchmark company
