Title: Senior Healthcare Architect
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid Work Model)

A leading employee-owned architecture and design firm is seeking a seasoned, licensed architect with a passion for healthcare environments. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, contribute to strategic growth, and mentor emerging professionals in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with senior design professionals and interdisciplinary teams to guide architectural planning and execution.
  • Engage clients throughout all project phases using innovative tools and methodologies.
  • Lead the development of design concepts, documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Project Oversight

  • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines from concept through construction.
  • Ensure cross-disciplinary coordination and quality control throughout all phases.
  • Support project delivery and construction administration.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to firm visibility and reputation through high-quality project outcomes.

Professional Growth

  • Pursue certifications and stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Participate in professional organizations and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensure: Registered Architect; NCARB certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Other Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000, based on experience, education, and skill set.
