WHO WE WANT TO HIRE

We are seeking to hire an experienced personal injury attorney who is looking to grow in a new role and help us set the tone for our entire legal department. Our goal is that this person would come in and use their knowledge, expertise, and opinions to help us build the best personal injury law firm in Colorado.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring timing and strategic handling of all aspects of the case.
  • Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate.
  • Conduct thorough case research, review medical records, and gather relevant information to build compelling cases.
  • Draft and modify legal documents, including pleading and demand letters.
  • Collaborate with legal staff to ensure cases are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized and updated documentation for each case in the firm's case management system.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in the world of personal injury.
  • You must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
  • A bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree are required.
