This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility. What you will do:

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas and journey maps
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows

  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative design environment
  • Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications, user flows, and style guides, to ensure clarity and consistency across projects
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of user-centered design
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design, and share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in a digital product environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Fintech/payments domain experience
  • Experience with AI technology
  • Agency experience
  • 5+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

Important info about this role:
