Compensation: $79,000 – $89,000 annually

We are seeking a Lead Mental Health Therapist to join our Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) Program , supporting individuals experiencing early symptoms of psychosis. This position plays a key role in direct clinical services, program outreach, and peer support—without direct supervisory responsibilities. You’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team trained by EPI-CAL TTA (a partnership between UC Davis, Stanford, and UCSF), and provide care in diverse settings, including clients’ homes, schools, and office environments.
