Job description
My client is a well known and growing firm with offices in LA and Las Vegas. Their Corporate team partners with businesses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, compliance counseling, and all facets of litigation. They are seeking a Sr Corporate Attorney to manage mergers & acquisitions and other transactions.
Candidate Parameters:
• 5-15 years experience in all facets of corporate law, particularly M&A and transactions
• LLM in Taxation preferred, but not required
• Member of the California Bar in Good Standing
