Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Media Supervisor, Multicultural Media to lead our media team. This role will be responsible for the media strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of media campaigns targeting diverse communities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of multicultural media landscapes, consumer insights, and digital advertising, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive multicultural media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate relevant media channels, including digital, social, traditional, and emerging platforms, to reach target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough market research and consumer insights analysis to inform media planning decisions.
  • Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Present media recommendations and insights to clients.
  • Media Execution & Management:
  • Oversee the execution of media plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Negotiate media buys and added values through partnerships with multicultural media partners.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and agencies.
  • Monitor and optimize Digital and Social campaign performance through platforms such as DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc.
  • Multicultural Expertise:
  • Stay informed on cultural nuances, trends, and consumer behaviors within diverse communities.
  • Ensure all media campaigns are culturally sensitive and resonate with target audiences.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for multicultural media planning.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in multicultural media.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Set up tracking systems (UTM parameters, pixels) and use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze and report on ROI.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure messaging consistency and seamless execution.
  • Manage and mentor media specialists, fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on multicultural media.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads , and DV360 , with foundational knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4 .
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multicultural me

  • Strong understanding of multicultural (Asian/Hispanic/African American) media landscapes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and software.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus.
