The Opportunity
Enroot is reimagining how immigrant students are supported not just to graduate, but to thrive in their postsecondary and career journeys. The Manager of College Access & Workforce Readiness Partnerships is a strategic, student- and systems-facing leadership role responsible for building a robust, integrated approach to college and career readiness across grades 9–12.
In alignment with the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, which underscores the rapid pace of labor market change and the increasing demand for adaptable, skills-based preparation, this role ensures immigrant youth have access to the competencies, networks, and experiences to navigate and succeed in a shifting economy.
As the organization's public-facing leader for career and college readiness, this role is central to embedding industry-aligned opportunities within Enroot’s Success Labs model and increasing the organization’s visibility across Greater Boston’s education and workforce ecosystem. By leveraging a strong network of external partners—including employers, training providers, and higher education institutions—this position bridges school-based advising with real-world, future-focused opportunities. Whether preparing students for college, technical training, or direct workforce entry, the role ensures that Success Labs are both responsive to industry trends and deeply connected to the aspirations of the students we serve. This role will report to the Executive Director.
Enroot is currently operating on a hybrid work schedule; this position requires the candidate to be operating in person at the Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School and Somerville High School, Tuesday to Thursday, and every other Monday at the Enroot office in Cambridge.
