Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the accuracy, movement, and availability of all company-owned inventory—whether stored in company warehouses, Amazon FBA, or at third-party manufacturers. This role ensures inventory integrity across all locations, supports subscription fulfillment, and manages inbound receiving and inter-location transfers. Inventory is currently tracked and managed through the company’s ERP system; no warehouse management system (WMS) is in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory across internal warehouses, Amazon FBA, and manufacturer-held stock using the ERP system.
  • Coordinate and document inventory transfers between locations, ensuring timely and efficient movement.
  • Monitor and manage inventory pools dedicated to subscription products to prevent stockouts and ensure uninterrupted fulfillment.
  • Oversee receiving processes to ensure inventory is properly documented, inspected, and entered into the ERP system.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Leverage ERP tools to track inventory levels, movements, and forecasts in the absence of a WMS.
  • Generate actionable reports on inventory status, turnover, and forecasting to support purchasing and operational decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems for inventory management
  • Background in e-commerce and multi-channel warehouse environments is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
