Key Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Coordinate logistics such as vendor setup, equipment organization, and registration
• Engage with attendees to provide a welcoming and informative experience
• Manage signage, branded materials, and giveaways to ensure smooth operations
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting
• Maintain consistent brand presentation and a professional appearance
• Participate in post-event debriefs , offering feedback to improve future events

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in high-energy environments
• Friendly, approachable, and professional in demeanor
• Willing to learn and grow in event coordination , marketing , or promotions
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience necessary – paid training provided!
