· BSN Required
· Must have director surgical services experience
· Must have OR experience
Reporting Structure:
· This Director reports directly into COO
· 2 managers into director + CVOR manager
· 100 FTEs
Overview:
· 18 ORs, 2 endo suites
· 12k surgeries annually
· Top hospital for spine surgeries – neuro, general, ortho, robotics, CV, oncology
· Robotics include – 2 Mako, 2 Globus, 3 XIs
· Starting up an open heart program – targeting early 2026 to launch
