Russell Tobin's client, the largest food delivery platform, is hiring a Delivery Coordinator at Providence, Rhode Island (Onsite)

Title: Delivery Coordinator/Picker/Packer

Location: Providence, RI

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 03+ Months with the possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $16-17.86/hour DOE

Work Schedule:

• Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet delivery personnel and guide them through the store to locate requested items efficiently.
• Ensure all items are picked accurately according to customer requests.
• Assist with any delivery issues, such as order cancellations or payment processing errors.
• Use a mobile app to scan inventory and maintain an accurate record of stock availability.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including photographing items for inventory tracking.
• Record item numbers, codes, or other required information using technology such as scanners or PCs.
• Act as the designated picker for all ordered inventory, preparing orders for pickup by delivery personnel.

Requirements:

• Must have an iPhone (required for app usage and scanning).
• Ability to work on-site at the designated location.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using technology for scanning and inventory tracking.
