Job Overview

We’re looking for a Data Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise data platforms and AI-driven analytics solutions. In this role, you'll architect high-performance data environments, optimize integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable infrastructure for business intelligence, real-time reporting, and machine learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-wide data solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Design and optimize data lakes, warehouses, and virtualization platforms.
• Lead the development of data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time streaming architectures.
• Integrate disparate systems using APIs, Kafka, and Spark for robust data flows.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau.
• Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance practices are in place.
• Drive adoption of self-service BI and AI/ML initiatives through cross-team collaboration.
• Evaluate new technologies and lead proof-of-concepts to enhance data capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and analytics.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms
• Strong background in SAP data integration.
• Advanced Tableau skills for data modeling and real-time dashboards.
• Experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and pipeline performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and data pipeline development tools.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, metadata, and master data management.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance practices.
