Our customers include leading revenue cycle management (RCM) companies, dental service organizations (DSOs), digital health providers, and provider data vendors. We help these customers automate a variety of call types, including benefits verifications, claim follow-ups, prior authorization follow-ups, credentialing and enrollment follow-ups, and provider data inquiries. Over the past three years, we have built a dedicated team and are backed by prominent investors including Greycroft, Slow Ventures, and Box Group.

This is a hybrid/onsite position based in New York City.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for customer retention, experience, and expansion.

Role Overview:

  • The Customer Lifecycle: Lead trialing, onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies to ensure long-term client success.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop deep relationships and serve as the main point of contact with stakeholders, understand their needs, and proactively drive value and own retention.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze client data and workflows to provide insights that improve outcomes and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and inform product development.
  • Expansion & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand accounts by aligning solutions with customer goals.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to improve the overall user experience.
  • Operational Excellence:  Collaborate with Support and Operations to enhance order accuracy, optimize delivery timelines, and establish a continuous, high-performance feedback loop with clients

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), and AI-driven solutions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Preferred experience in a high-growth fast-paced startup
