HTLF is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll support our clients by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service via phone, email, and chat. You’ll also assist with account inquiries, issue resolution, and general support tasks across our banking platforms.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, and online banking
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet quality and service standards consistently
Requirements:
1+ year experience in customer service (banking or finance preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
