Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and helping people shine on camera?

We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our team and help create engaging, scroll-stopping Reels that connect with audiences and drive real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal team members to coach and guide them on camera.
• Capture high-quality content (mostly with an iPhone) and assist with light editing using tools like CapCut.
• Learn and apply social media psychology to craft content that performs.
• Communicate key messages clearly and effectively through visual storytelling.
• Embrace feedback and continuously improve based on what the audience responds to.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-changing world of social media.
• Strong communication and people skills—especially on camera.
• Confidence working with talent to bring out their best performance.
• A growth mindset and openness to coaching and feedback.
• Bonus points for sales experience or a background in content creation.

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable using an iPhone for shooting.
• Willingness to learn basic editing (experience with CapCut is a plus but not required).
