CNC Machinist/CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $18-28/hr. (depending on experience level)

Description:

• The CNC Machinist will set-up and operate a variety of CNC machines.

Requirements:

• Proficient with the operation of a CNC machine
• Ability to complete set-ups on various types of CNC machines
• Familiar with standard machine shop metrology equipment and be proficient with reading gages.
• Able to make machine adjustments as necessary based on tool wear and gage feedback.
• Required to follow safety protocols.
• Expected to complete inspection documentation as required by process control plan.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance and 5S guidelines
• Familiar with G&M code
• Working in a team environment and required to communicate effectively with other team members.
• Required to work 10-12 hours shifts on their feet.
• Familiar with metric/standard conversion.
• Willing to train other machine operators as needed.
