Clinical Manager – Regenerative Concierge Clinic

Position Summary:

The Clinical Manager is a healthcare operations leader responsible for guiding the administrative, strategic, and personnel functions of a dynamic regenerative medicine clinic. This role ensures the highest standards in care delivery by creating a result-driven culture and managing high-performing teams of clinical professionals and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and implement process improvements for patient flow, safety, and service excellence.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team to maximize employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures supporting best practices and regulatory compliance across all clinical service lines.
• Manage clinic budgets, resource allocation, and operational metrics to achieve organizational targets.
• Drive data analysis, reporting, and performance reviews to inform strategic decisions and optimize clinic outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with physicians, providers, and administrative leaders.
• Represent the clinic in professional and community engagements to promote growth and clinical reputation.
• Ensure all documentation, scheduling, and patient communication systems operate at peak efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
• At least 2 years of progressive healthcare management experience—preferably within concierge, wellness, or regenerative medicine settings.
• Demonstrated success managing high-performing teams in a healthcare environment.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of clinic operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary clinics.
• History of launching new service lines or clinical programs.
