About the Role

As the Claims Administrator/Manager, you’ll play a key role in protecting our people and platform. You’ll manage the early lifecycle of all casualty claims—ensuring accurate intake, timely reporting, and organized follow-through on incidents involving injuries, auto accidents, and third-party liability.

Responsibilities

  • Claims Oversight
  • OWN, receive, and evaluate all incident reports across auto, workers’ comp, and general liability
  • Gather critical details, verify documentation, and determine next steps for each claim
  • Submit timely, accurate reports to insurance carriers and third-party administrators
  • Maintain detailed records, including documentation, payment tracking, and internal notes
  • Risk Recognition & Collaboration
  • Identify red flags, coverage issues, or complex exposures early in the process
  • Coordinate subrogation and third-party liability recovery
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and Legal on timelines, escalations, and claim insights
  • Review auto repair estimates and determine when carrier approval is required
  • Process & Reporting
  • Contribute to claim reviews and process improvements
  • Track incident outcomes and help develop dashboards and tools for visibility
  • Support internal safety initiatives and compliance tracking

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in claims administration, insurance, or risk management

Required Skills

Familiarity with casualty lines (auto liability, workers’ comp, general liability)

Working knowledge of auto repair estimating, DRP/body shop communication, and repair cycles

Proficiency in claim tracking systems, portals, and spreadsheet/reporting tools

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Preferred Skills
