Job Summary

Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Cash Management Coordinator. The Cash Management Coordinator will provide internal and external support to all cash management customers with set up, maintenance, and ongoing support of the suite of products. Provide support for the municipal business line. This includes internal support to the Chief Municipal Officer, VP Cash Management Services, Finance Department, and the retail staff opening the accounts. It also includes external support to municipal customers as needed. They will work with the Cash Management Services VP to review and process various daily work for cash management operations. This includes the following areas of activity: Consumer and Business Online Banking, Cash Management, and Mobile Banking Services, ACH and Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, ICS products, Merchant, and Credit Card Services.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain business online banking customers according to documentation completed by branch personnel.
  • Support ACH administration.
  • Maintain working knowledge and support of products and services such as Online Banking, Online Wires, ACH, Mobile Banking, RDC Merchant Capture, Mobile Deposits, Bill Payment, and Positive Pay.
  • Internal and external municipal account support.
  • Complete Online Banking documents for Municipal Clients.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documentation for clients.
  • Act as a liaison between client and branch.
  • Maintain Wire fees and emails for Municipal clients in WireXchange.
  • Assist municipal clients with logging in and other needs.
  • Set up and maintain ICS customers and accounts.
  • Process ICS transactions on IntraFi portal.
  • Prepare rate changes for ICS and shadow accounts.
  • Complete Letter of Credit applications.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures, as applicable.
  • Provide support for other projects and tasks as requested.
  • Assist the Retail Banking and Lending Departments in resolving problems.
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks which include IntraFi transaction review, positive pay daily exceptions review, municipal reports, and loan reports for online banking management.
  • Review daily reports.
  • Provide customer service support to customer calls coming into the support line.

Education and Experience

  • Experience in administering cash management and procedures.
  • Knowledge of cash management policies, products, and services.
  • Two-year college degree or higher is preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to provide effective service and support to all retail production staff and customers.
  • Highly effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond to and communicate professionally with internal and external auditors.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
