We’re hiring Client Support Service Professionals to represent Morgan Stanley in a high-performing, client-facing contact center environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and committed to delivering world-class customer support.
As a first point of contact, you’ll handle a variety of service calls related to online access, account questions, and financial products. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-focused environment where responsiveness and accuracy are key to success.
What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound calls regarding Morgan Stanley accounts and services.
• Assist clients with Morgan Stanley Cash Management products, website access, and mobile app support.
• Resolve financial account inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Meet key performance metrics including accuracy, client satisfaction, and responsiveness.
• Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-moving financial services environment.
