Business Process Analyst Bayer U.S. LLC's Berkeley, CA, office seeks a Business Process Analyst . This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position that will focus on SAP APO, ECC, interfaces to external applications. Will also: (i) develop user requirements translating into system requirements, system design of SAP APO,SAP ECC and related systems; (ii) perform business process analysis, process improvement and navigate complexities of SAP APO-DP & SNP and ECC modules; (iii) support site SAP system strategies and works with SAP enterprise system architecture and SAP APO frameworks; and (iv) support various project life cycle phases related to system enhancements, Reporting, Data Conversion, Integration, design changes and supports system monitoring and issues resolution. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Berkeley office at least three (3) days per week. Must have a bachelor ’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position. Experience must include four (4) years of experience: (i) d eveloping user requirements into SAP APO-DP & SNP and related SAP systems requirements driving effective system design & utilization; (ii) creating process flow diagrams, system design, process simulation as a system consultant; (iii) working with large SAP implementation, system processes, data analysis and forecasting; (iv) with SAP interfaces, customization objects and configuration, handling OSS notes; (v) working with interdependencies between SAP DP & SNP and ECC Material Master, Sales and distribution, Warehouse modules, BW and external applications; and (vi) SAP programming language as well as analyzing and debugging custom codes. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Berkeley office at least three (3) days per week. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $170,955 to $180,366. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
