About us

IBP Immigration Law is entering a new phase of strategic growth and seeks an accomplished Business Immigration Attorney to lead complex EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and other employment visa matters for researchers, entrepreneurs, executives, and other highly skilled professionals. This position combines meaningful casework with the opportunity to influence firm processes and mentor legal staff.

Culture & Values

IBP Immigration Law fosters a workplace defined by Integrity, Benevolence, and Professionalism. Attorneys and staff collaborate through weekly strategy meetings and peer brief reviews, guided by KPI dashboards that keep quality and efficiency front of mind. Flexible scheduling and a culture of open communication ensure work-life balance and empower every team member to contribute ideas and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management – Supervise and develop paralegals and case managers, establish productivity KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality filings.
  • Process Improvement & Advocacy – Identify workflow enhancements that reduce RFE rates and improve turnaround times; contribute to firm thought leadership through articles, presentations, and, when appropriate, media commentary.

  • However, we will consider a fully remote position for the right attorney who can deliver results and manage teams from afar.
  • Fully remote attorneys: You will be expected to be in our Orlando, FL office a few times a year , particularly during onboarding, for strategic or team meetings, or other limited situations.

What We Offer

  • Starting Salary: $120,000 + (commensurate with experience) plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and 401(k) match.
  • Paid Time Off: Two weeks of vacation (PTO), five sick days, and all paid federal holidays observed by the firm.
  • Professional Development: Dedicated annual budget for courses, conferences, and publications.
  • Possible Travel Support for the Right Remote Attorney: We fully reimburse economy round-trip airfare to Orlando when booked at least two weeks in advance, lodging costs up to $185 per night, pay for rideshare, taxi, or mileage at the IRS rate.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Admission to the bar of at least one U.S. state or territory.
  • Minimum Two (2) years concentrated experience in employment-based immigration, with a demonstrable record of success in EB-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions.
  • Proven experience supervising legal support staff and managing performance metrics.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills; impeccable attention to detail.
