Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Service Agent Level 2 with a client located in Plymouth MI. Looking for someone with Previous Automotive Diagnostic experience.

Pay Range: $26/hr - $30/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Plymouth for at least 3 months. After they are trained, they can go to a hybrid schedule which is 2 days a week in the office.

• Schedule of Shift Hours: (can pick any)

1st shift - Mon - Fri (7:30 am - 4 pm EST)

Tues - Sat (7:30 am - 4 pm EST)

2ns Shift - Mon - Fri (1 pm - 9:30 pm EST)

• They need to cover hours Monday – Saturday. Comfortable working on occasional Saturday s.

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary responsibilities this person will have:

• This is a Chat only role.
• No phone calls. Not looking for the quickest people.
• Need someone that focuses on quality and not quantity.
• They must deliver solid customer service.
• They will be working through a chat bot to help recalibrate light and camera sensors on the windshield.
• It will be a manual process to build all tickets.

Level 2 Agents:

Pay rate: $25/hr - $30/hr ((The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

1. Previous Automotive Diagnostic experience. Need to work in a dealership or lead mechanic at an independent. If they have some ASE certs that is fine. Not looking for service manual technical authors.
2. Must be procedural oriented.
3. Strong customer service skills are critical.
