Sheet Fed Press Operator -2nd Shift (Mon - Thur 2:30pm - 1am)

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate a sheet fed press to complete print projects efficiently.
Run tests and trials as requested.
Detect and report defective materials or potential problems; complete quality checks.
Balance quality, productivity, cost and safety to achieve positive results.
Maintains clean and orderly work area and equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance on machine as required.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’S).
Comply with all company policies.
Work OT as required.
Knowledge/Skills:
High School Diploma or General education degree (GED)
Set process color to standard ink densities; register/fit process color.
Strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Good mechanical aptitude with ability to problem solve.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
Previous experience as a multi-color sheet fed press operator is preferred or have the ability to learn quickly.
