POSITION SUMMARY

PRO*ACT is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Procurement team!

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Create contract RFPs (requests for proposals).
  • Assist with daily contract pricing.
  • Coordinate contract commitments and communicate to the internal teams, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Work with the Food Safety and Accounting departments on the addition of new suppliers.
  • Coordinate and manage the new supplier approval process to ensure timely implementation.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role required.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong team player with the ability to flex as required.
  • Ability to Multi-task while still paying attention to detail required.
  • Ability to take direction and execute timely required.
  • Strong customer service both internally and externally required.
  • Ability to display a fun and positive attitude to all employees across the organization.
