What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Encourage residents to maintain their independence while providing necessary support.
Transport, transfer, escort, supervise, and assist residents as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized resident environment.
Answer call lights promptly.
Chart care provided using electronic medical records.
Report any changes in resident condition accurately and promptly.
Uphold resident safety and rights.
Adhere to facility policies, regulations, and supervisor instructions.
Attend required in-service training and meetings.
What You'll Bring:
Current CT Certified Nurse Aide certification.
Ability to build rapport with residents.
Compassionate and caring demeanor.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
All new hires must pass a pre-employment screening process, including a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references. Some roles may also require information about your vaccination status.
