• Communicate effectively with property management teams and clients to address plumbing needs promptly.
• Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Respond quickly to emergency plumbing calls, prioritizing safety and service quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members through professional communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, focusing on commercial high-rise buildings.
• Current backflow prevention certification.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems with the ability to manage complex repairs and installations.
• Excellent diagnostic skills for diverse plumbing issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Stable work history with verifiable references.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.
