MTD BUS STOP LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE THE FACILITY
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 6:30am
Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting wage is $17/hour for 1st shift, and a shift differential of $1.50 for 2nd shift, and $2.00 for 3rd.
* Overtime opportunities available at 1.5 pay rate and double time on Sundays
* Annual performance review with potential pay increase and 4% bonus on top of base pay!
* Additional $475 quarterly attendance bonus

- Employee discount programs. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Perform material handling and warehousing functions
- Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies
- Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving
All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar:
* Background Screening
* Drug Screening
* Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical Basic Requirements - Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
- Work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
- Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
- Walk squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation

Summary Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.60
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
