Company Overview
The company is a global brand marketing and social commerce company helping consumer brands expand and monetize through TikTok Shop in the U.S. market. The company integrates brand incubation, influencer partnerships, creative marketing, and end-to-end e-commerce operations to drive cross-border success. We are seeking a hands-on TikTok Shop Project Manager — someone who can take over active projects, lead full-cycle operations, make product selection decisions, and actively build a creator-driven sales ecosystem to drive GMV growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own TikTok Shop projects end-to-end — planning, execution, optimization, and progress reporting.
• Manage daily shop operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination with supply chain, promotions, and campaign rhythm.
• Lead product selection and SKU decisions to align inventory strategy with creator activity and consumer demand.
• Coordinate content, paid ads, data analytics, and creator teams to ensure execution quality.
• Develop influencer/creator partnerships through proactive outreach and structured affiliate activation strategy.
• Monitor GMV, ROI, conversion rate, and creator performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies and push for execution with a strong ownership and commercial mindset.
Requirements
• 3+ years in e-commerce / social commerce (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Experience leading and scaling TikTok Shop or similar marketplace operations.
• Proven track record in outbound influencer/affiliate business development with hands-on negotiation and partnership activation.
• Understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics: affiliate structures, Open/Target plans, commission strategy, and traffic levers.
• Ability to participate in product and SKU selection based on commercial potential and platform trend judgment.
• Fast execution style, strong ownership, experience working within small and agile teams.
