  • Demonstrable, technical experience in learning and developing expertise with software products.
  • Proven experience with topic-based authoring and tools like Paligo (or similar component content management systems).
  • A solid understanding of enterprise IT and security environments, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and simply.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a team-first attitude.
  • An eye for detail, high standards for quality, and a strong sense of ownership over your work.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive, self-starting individual with the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience creating written technical content for software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new products and develop expertise in their application.
  • Strong technical expertise in documenting software and solutions content.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information correctly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated commitment to user-focused documentation.
  • Comfortable working with changing priorities and taking a hands-on approach to learning.
  • Enthusiasm about working on-site in our Kirkland office.

Desired experience:
