Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in office), Austin, TX

Pay: $35-42/hour

About Our Client:

Our client, a leading company, is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join their team. This position will help with recruiting efforts to support their growth, specifically within technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with full-cycle recruitment and a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates.

Job Description:

This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating effective recruiting strategies, and managing the entire hiring process from start to finish. You will be responsible for attracting top talent through various sourcing methods and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Provide timely feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and setting terms.
  • Keep candidate records up to date in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year recruiting for technical based roles.
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS based companies is highly preferred!

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid work schedule (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Austin office).
  • Ongoing contract position
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Parking available on-site.
