ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Manager at STAFFED INC., you will lead the strategy and execution of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top-tier candidates across hospitality, retail, and event staffing. You’ll be responsible for driving recruitment processes, building scalable pipelines, and elevating the candidate experience—all while staying aligned with our ‘People first’ values. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to support business needs, develop talent initiatives, and ensure our workforce reflects the diversity and excellence our clients expect.
