We’re building innovative products that enable seamless food, beverage, and retail commerce for millions of fans at stadiums, arenas, museums, zoos, corporate cafeterias and other large-scale venues. From in-seat ordering to concession stand purchases, our products enhance the fan journey while optimizing operational efficiencies for venue staff.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the next generation of solutions for Clover Sport. This is an in-office, individual contributor role, where you will collaborate with a broad range of top-notch engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, customer-centricity, and strong product ownership to ensure that Clover Sport continues to define the future of omni-channel commerce in sports and entertainment.

What You’ll Do

Product Ownership:

  • Define and own the product roadmap and strategy for Clover Sport, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop, prioritize, and execute product features that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Customer-Centric Development

  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for the needs of venue operators, concessionaires, and fans.
  • Work closely with sports venue operators, food and beverage teams, and fan focus groups to identify pain points and craft transformative solutions.
  • Partner with customer success and support teams to gain insights into product usage and adoption, translating feedback into actionable requirements.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Define and track key success metrics to evaluate the performance and impact of your products.
  • Drive data-driven decisions using telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback to refine and optimize features.
  • Pilot new features and functionality prior to general release, gathering early feedback and ensuring adoption.

Collaboration And Influence

  • Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure alignment and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to define the value proposition and positioning of your products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to balance competing priorities and align on goals.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivering innovative, fan-first experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Creating impactful solutions that address the needs of both venue operators and fans, driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Being recognized as a key collaborator and influencer within the Clover Sports team and broader organization.

What You Need To Have

  • 8+ years of product management experience in an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment, preferably in the Food & Beverage and/or Sports & Entertainment industries.
  • Experienced in product roadmap planning, go-to-market strategies, and managing end-to-end product releases.
  • Proven experience in defining, developing, and launching products in an Agile environment.
  • Skilled in market research and analysis to gather insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for product success.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs, especially in omnichannel commerce solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive data-informed decisions and leverage analytics to measure product success.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with a customer-first mindset.

What Is Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with arena operations, food service management, or large-scale event management.
  • MBA or a similar graduate degree is a plus but not required.
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
