Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Salary Range: $91,429-$118,320 per year plus an annual bonus
Location: Ada, MI (Hybrid in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to find insights into our data.
You will work on a broad variety of projects with a focus on Sales oriented initiatives (Account Management, Incentives, Business migration and growth). Projects may include, but are not limited to, analysis of top leader organizations, measurement impact of incentive programs, scenario modeling for annual incentive planning, leader segmentation for account management, and scorecards to support account manager digital tools. These high-profile projects will help inform the decisions that drive the company toward our goal of utilizing insights and analytics to align Amway and ABO goals, and help ABOs achieve profitable and sustainable growth. You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with leaders in several markets and the enterprise in general. You will help share best practices across markets as you analyze and identify effective programs and analytical methodologies.

This team is responsible for providing big data and advanced analytics to the Amway organization. This collaborative team partners across the organization with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Supply Chain organizations, both at Headquarters and affiliates across the globe, to analyze and provide insights that influence key decisions. In this role, you will focus your work on improving Distributor and Customer experiences across the organization. If you enjoy working together with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights directly to leaders, that can directly influence company-wide strategies in a meaningful way - this will be a role you will enjoy. Additionally, it will provide an opportunity to learn new tools and techniques for data analysis within a team of high-performing analysts.
