Job Description

We have a world-class tech and media team and are looking for a creative team player to manage client social media accounts, create engaging content, and stay ahead of the latest trends. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Proactively support content creation with strong copywriting and attention to detail.
  • Trend Spotting: Identify trending topics and integrate them into content strategies.
  • Content Curation: Create engaging posts (e.g., cutting GIFs from video content) and maintain the content calendar.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee multiple platforms (Instagram, X, etc.), including scheduling, publishing, engagement, and analytics. Develop social plans, pitch ideas, execute, and report.
  • Copywriting: Persuade audiences to act (purchase, sign up, donate). Apply SEO best practices, respect copyright laws, and align strategies with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate multiple stakeholders and approval processes.
  • Social Media Governance: Maintain compliance and consistency with policies.
  • Dashboard Management: Build and optimize dashboards for metrics and reporting, using a data-driven approach.
  • Platform Expertise: Become a power user of management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) and train teammates.
  • Collaboration & Optimization: Partner with managers, creators, and stakeholders to streamline workflows and automate operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain best practices, guidelines, and process documentation.
  • Events: Provide live social media coverage when needed.

What You’re Good At

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and audiences (Instagram a plus).

  • Proven ability to create engaging, creative content.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
  • Interest in AI for content creation (a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and creativity.
  • Experience with social listening, distribution, and reporting tools.
  • Expertise in analytics, campaign tracking, and caption writing.
  • Technical writing: research, SEO, concise editing.

What You Contribute

  • 2–4 years of experience with social media events and user-generated content.
  • 3–5 years in social media marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years managing brand-owned channels.
  • 2–4 years coordinating social media for a business, brand, individual, or group.
  • Experience curating content to optimize strategies and engagement.
  • Creative agency experience is a plus.
